GRAIN SCRATCH MIX

Happy Scratch is a high energy blend of three locally sourced grains – wheat, barley and cracked corn. Sunflower provides extra energy, protein and fibre. Happy Scratch is fortified with calcium in the form of limestone chips to improve eggshell formation and quality.

Happy Scratch is grain-based and to be fed to free-range backyard hens in conjunction with household food scraps, green feeds or pasture. This encourages good gut health in your brood.

Happy Scratch should be fed ad-lib.

Depending on various factors including the age and health of your brood, expect to feed 100-110 g/per day per bird.
